This is the mainstay and focus of the organization. With doctors from various backgrounds on the list, this division has been showing the highest growth rate since the inception of the organization.

With a decent start of 2000 transcription per day to a impressive 5000+ transcription per day. In addition we are also building 3000+ more capacity to the existing set up with more business coming our way. Newly inducted automated software and upgraded training lab to induct fresh talent.

 

Existing Capacity

5000 transcripts/day with capability to increase up to 7000 transcripts/day

 

Human Resource

v MTs - 25 nos.

v 8 month training including lab exercise and communication skill building.

v At least 6 month on the job experience.

 

Editor / Proof Reader - 5 nos.

v     Training and at least 2 years experience as MT, and at least 1 year in editing.

v     Comprehensive knowledge of latest software and are given regular training on latest updates.

 

Technical Head

v     Masters in Computers / Engineer with minimum 5 years experience in various jobs and in different positions.

v     Regular monitoring of latest software and technical updates.

v     Qualified networking expert.

 

Doctors - 2 nos.

v      Both are retired State Govt. employee with rich experience in practice.

v     Able guide and mentor to each MT and regularly updates their knowledge.

v Over see every file before being uploaded to our clients.

 

Business Transcription

This division has been a constant contributor to revenue for the organisation. With foray for clients ranging from small to medium size, has maintained a steady pace in growth. Maintaining high standard of work has not only influenced existing clients to give more work and has also helped gaining new clients.
